Fumigation is a bigger decision than most pest treatments, which is why All Over Pest Control walks you through prep, timing, and clearance requirements before you commit to a date. If a real estate deadline is driving the schedule, tell us early so we can coordinate the tenting date accordingly.
We carry the specific structural fumigation license Nevada City, CA requires, separate from general pest control credentials. Every fumigation job gets a dedicated coordinator, not a rotating point of contact.
Tenting, gassing, aeration, and tent removal are all handled by our own crew, start to finish. Gas monitoring equipment is calibrated before each job, not assumed accurate from the last one.

Whole-structure sulfuryl fluoride fumigation reaches drywood termite galleries that localized spot treatment can't access throughout the building.
For infestations too widespread for localized treatment, fumigation gas penetrates every void in the structure simultaneously.
Licensed crew members install the tent, seal it properly, and apply calibrated sulfuryl fluoride gas per label requirements.
We use monitoring equipment to confirm safe levels before removing the tent, not just a standard aeration countdown.
We flag anything on the property that needs special prep, from pet medications to houseplants, before the tenting date is set.
A documented clearance certificate confirms safe re-entry levels, which some Nevada City, CA insurance or real estate transactions require.
